LeanDoze is designed around patient control, consent-first sharing, and clear handling of tracking data.

Last updated: August 2, 2026

LeanDoze is a tracking and support tool. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescribing advice. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical questions.

Information LeanDoze may collect

LeanDoze may collect account information, onboarding answers, medication tracking details, dose logs, protein and hydration logs, symptom logs, weight entries, notes, invite records, clinic access records, and subscription information.

Some app experiences also use browser local storage to keep daily check-ins fast and persistent on the device.

How information is used

We use tracking information to provide dashboards, reports, reminders, risk-pattern flags, and clinic visibility when access has been granted.

LeanDoze does not use patient-entered tracking data to diagnose, prescribe, or make automated medical decisions.

Sharing and clinic access

Patients control clinic access. Clinics should only see patient information when an invite or PatientAccess relationship exists.

Reports are intended to be shared when the patient chooses. LeanDoze should not imply automatic sharing without explicit user action.

Vendors and service providers

LeanDoze may rely on service providers such as Clerk for authentication, Neon Postgres for data storage, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for billing, and email providers for invite or notification delivery.

These services are used to operate the product and should be configured with production security settings before commercial launch.

Export and deletion

Users may export local LeanDoze data from settings and may request account or workspace deletion.

Deletion requests may require identity verification and may be subject to legal, security, billing, or clinic record-retention obligations.

Questions or data requests

For privacy, export, deletion, or compliance requests, contact LeanDoze support. We will verify the request before taking action.
